- I am a 1978 graduate of Indiana University School of Business. From 1979 to 1999 I was employed with Dow Chemcial in various sales and marketing management positions. The business acumen and disipline I developed over that 20 yr span has served me well in my quest to provide superior service to my real estate clients. Specifically, while at Dow I negotiated multi-million dollar long-term contracts. Additionally, I was involved with the management of marketing consumer brands such as Spray 'N Wash, Handi-Wrap and Ziploc Bags My marketing plans for residential sellers is second to none.
- I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, water skiing, snow skiing, travel and golf (I am a member of Crooked Stick Golf Club). I personally own two residents and two rental properties. - To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. I have earned the ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) , I.R.E.S (International Real Estate Specialist) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designations.
- ASP-While I do not personally have a staging business, my designation allows me to assist sellers in getting their home ready to market. I do have an associate that all she does is stage homes for the cleint that wants to take it a step further than what advise I will provide.
- I.R.E.S.-allows me to assist clients outside of Central Indiiana. I can assist buyers and sellers in 50 states and 70 countries worldwide.
- CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) allows me to assist homewowners possibly avoid foreclosure by working with the seller and lender to sell the property before it goes into foreclosure.
- I have been trained and have listed and/or sold properties in Foreclosures, Short Sales or that have been Bank Owned properties.
